New Floors - Day 2

I came home after school yesterday to see hard wood floors actually being put in my house!!! It is REALLY happening. I think the color is even prettier on the floor then when I saw it in the store.














The plan is to finish the kitchen and move more than half way through the living room today, also adding the door trim and base boards to that side of the room. He is keeping the couch and love seat in the house so he will move them other to the other side when he gets that far. The new sliding glass door is supposed to be in today as well and he will put it in when it gets delivered.

Tomorrow he will be finishing up the living room and doing the hallway...Friday is my room's turn! I just cant wait to see how it all turns out.

    I wish you had pictures of what it looked like when you first moved in. Or better yet, when we looked at it when that guy still lived there! ;o)
