A different view...

When I did my 5QF I interpreted the first question to mean...the most negative memory of your sibling or when your sibling was the meanest to you. My sister must have viewed the question differently and I decided to redo my first 5QF question.

What is your worst memory of your sibling(s)?

If you know me very well, you hear me talk about my brother-in-law a lot! I pretty much think he is the COOLEST guy in the WORLD and tend to use him as a measuring stick to all other guys. I think that my sister and Josh (my brother-in-law) are a great couple. I think they are alike in just the right areas and different in some areas too! They balance each other really well. They have been together since I was little...I think since I was in 5th grade.

My worst memory was when they broke up Chrissy's Freshman year (I believe) of college. I remember her crying and us watching the Garth Brooks music video "To Make You Feel My Love" that came on before the Hope Floats movie. I remember her almost throwing away all the flower petals she had kept from him...but mom telling her to wait on that. It was such a sad night and I was so sad for my sister.

I know it is probably because I am so much younger than my sister, but I don't remember her ever being that sad over a break up before that. I hated seeing her so upset and of course I was sad that it was possible that I might not see Josh again.

They ended up getting back together. I don't even know why they broke up...but it doesn't matter anymore. They are married and have 3 adorable kids.

  1. I think you can interpret that question however you want! :o) I actually didn't like how it was worded and didn't like the other questions either. But I answered that one just for you! ;o)

Yep, that was a tough time. I remember your girlfriends crying with me...you sweet little 6th graders...lol!
