Hello

I have a few students that like to read my blog (hello to you!) and I think that is kinda fun.

I know that students want to know more about their teachers. Maybe not all of their teachers...but the ones they like at least. Its good for them to know we are just regular people. I try to show the most of my personality I can here at school, but I have to stay structured and organized while doing that. So, sometimes they don't really see all of me...and that is ok. Completely ok.

I guess the guard girls would be the ones that get to know me best. And my 6th hour class somehow. Even still, I like my students knowing me and what I like to do and what is important to me....just as I like to know those things about them.

I wish more teachers kept a blog. Not a class blog where all they talk about is school and their subject area. But a more personal blog about their family, hobbies, highs, low, and anything else going on. Some students would probably really like that.

We do have to be careful though....I know that. I really do know that.
