I went home this weekend to see my mommy for Mother's Day (had a wonderful time, by the way) and found 3 Wedding invitations on the kitchen counter. Two of them were from girls in my graduating class, Beth and Theresa. They were also in marching band with me so we knew each other really well. Beth's mom was in the Band Boosters so her parents were good friends with my parents. The other invitation was from a girl who is a year or two younger than me and a member of my home town church. Another very sweet person.
I was excited for all of them!
But this morning...I got a text message from my Best Friend (and Fraternity Brother) Stacie that said she had just gotten engaged!!! I actually screamed in the middle of my 5th hour class with excitement!
I will probably blog a lot now about my friend and getting everything ready for her wedding. It will be fun...I know that!
