The List So Far...

Leigh and I just keep adding to our "List" and I thought that I would up date it. Like I have said before, some things on the list are small and silly while others are big and more meaningful!


The List


1. Color Guard - We both live and breath the activity and we can talk for hours about it! Him teaching me and me giving him some of my ideas and opinions. I love teaching choreography and he loves teaching the staging as well as judging. It is a perfect match!


2. Band - We were both in band before we started the winter guard thing...


3. Trombone - While in band we both played the trombone. While I was actually pretty good at it...he wasn't so much.


4. Peanut Butter & Chocolate - Both of us LOVE this combination and don't think we could live with out it!


5. Red - We both love the color red and also have a lot of red shirts. His are because of the Chief's while mine are because of the Cardinals!


6. PC not Mac - I love my HP and I'm not sure what computer he has....but we both have not gotten on the Mac trendy train.


7. Dogs not Cats - We both absolutely LOVE dogs and really don't care for cats. I am allergic to cats which makes me dislike them even more. He already loves my dogs and is completely ok with them being around when we hang out.


8. Business - We both enjoy studying and teaching Business. Its fun for us to talk about those topics....complete 180 from when we talk about guard!


9. Steak - We both order our steaks cooked medium and believe the only time we need steak sauce is if the steak isn't good!


10. Sports - We both love sports and look forward to going to Chief's games and Cardinals games and even Royals games together!


11. Republican - We both consider ourselves Republican....when though there are a few issues we might side with the Democratic party...we are mostly Conservative.


12. Animal Testing - I was driving one day and text Leigh how much I hate following people on the road who have bumper stickers that say stuff like "Animal Testing Sucks"....he asked me to explain and when I did he totally agreed. We both don't like animal cruelty, dog fighting, or puppy mills, but we would rather new medicines and treatments be tested on animals first instead of our children.


13. Gas on "E" - Because of this one...someone might end up having to pick us up on the side of the road one day! We both drive our cars till the gas is on the E! We both just think that gas might be cheaper tomorrow!


14. More Brazil Nuts - When we buy the mixed nuts we both LOVE the Brazil nuts and wish there were more of them. We also both don't like Almonds and there are tons of those in the mix nuts cans! Sad : (

15. Hearing - We both don't hear very well....this makes things kinda funny. I imagine when we are old and wrinkly we will be yelling at each other and not even realizing it. Also, when it comes to our ears, we both hate getting water in them and will avoid that at all cost.

16. Smelling - We also don't have a very keen sense of smell. Which is good for him, because I have warned him that I have my dad's smelly feet!

17. The Baby - When it comes to birth order we are both the babies of the family....which I think is one of the MAIN reasons why are personalities are so similar.

18. Our Sibling - We both have one older sibling and they are both the same sex as us! I have an older sister and Leigh has an older brother.

19. Profanity - We both don't use profanity much if ever! We have talked about this a few times. Even words that aren't "cuss words" but might be a little dirty or racy we don't use. Very "G Rated" language with us.

20. On Time - Being on time to places is a big thing to the both of us. Whether it is our "Real Jobs" or color guard practices or dinner dates, we like to be on time!
